| Husband and wife co-founders Pranee and Andy started Giggling Squid out of a determination to bring the buzz of Thai mealtimes to the UK – energetic, informal, adventurous and welcoming. It all started in a tiny Fisherman’s cottage in Brighton. Their latest restaurant in Knowle combines wow-factor decor – bold colours and vibrant botanicals – with a warm atmosphere and friendly service. Not forgetting their food – fresh, authentic and cooked by expert Thai chefs!
