Sing! Bentley Heath 2019 AGM & Sing

While the choir is a great friendly place to be, it doesn’t just happen. There is a team of people working hard to make sure you get your music, venues are booked, chairs are set out, and of course our fab music director.

Every year, we give you a summary of what we have been doing and ask you to elect the people who will represent you and the choir onto the committee. This is your opportunity to make your feelings known.  The full agenda will be made available in the MyChoir section of the website.

This is also your opportunity to vote for your favourite charity nominations and select our two supported charities for the next year.  All tonight’s donations will go to the charity fund to start the fund raising for this year.

It won’t be all night (about 30 mins) and there will be plenty of time to sing, so please make sure you put it in the diary.

Sing! Bentley Heath 2022 AGM & Sing

As a member of Sing! Bentley Heath Choir, you are invited to our AGM on Thursday 24th November. As a society and charity, we are required to have an annual general meeting where members can meet, review the yearly accounts and select committee members. The meeting usually takes under thirty minutes and the rest of the evening will be spent singing. If you have been a member for a few years you will already know that it’s very quick.
A big part of the AGM is the selection of our two charities that we will support over the coming season. As a choir member, you can nominate a charity that is important to you for your fellow members to vote for on the night. Please use the nomination form which you can find in the ‘My Choir‘ section of the website. Nominations should be received by the 21st November and please ensure that you provide a brief reason for your choice of charity.
Like last year, the agenda and notes are available online for you to read and and print if you need to. Please bring your own paper or electronic copy to the meeting.
